Best possible location in the heart of town, close to Sundhollin Public Baths. Amicable staff, nothing too much trouble, had an OUTSTANDING stay. Amazing price, suited our needs.

Location was best possible and handy, close to Laugavegur. It was close to restaurants and bars. Staff were especially helpful and affable, and I enjoyed the host. Bathroom was large, had a tub. Having a handy kitchenette was convenient.

The kitchenette was functional and well-stocked, and the bathroom looked recently renovated. the communication with the staff was excellent from the moment we booked until the end of our stay.

The apartment we stayed in had issues with condensation. However, this was easily managed by keeping the window slightly open, especially since the heating in the apartment was cozy.

Travelled to explore Reykjavik, this apartment was a chilled-out base for doing it. Reached the bus stop in 5 minutes...

The location is absolutely perfect, very close to restaurants, bars, and all shops, restaurants. The room was modern, and the staff was amicable, provided us with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating.

Our stay at Svala Apartments By Heimaleiga was fantastic. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well thought out. The hosts were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of mirrors in the room and some noise from outside on weekends, these did not significantly affect our overall experience.
